Rates effective for dates confirmed after 8/28/25. 

• One hour is just enough time to get to business. I encourage new clients to book a longer date to properly gauge chemistry and get to know each other. 

• 90 minutes allows us the opportunity to get to know each other better. I strongly prefer a 90 minute date or longer for new clients but honestly two hours is the sweet spot. Pricing incentivizes longer bookings. 

• Two hours means time for conversation and connection. Pricing is set to incentivize longer bookings with new clients. I waive incall fees for appointments of this length or longer. 

• I love accompanying clients to new restaurants, hitting up new James Beard award winners when given the chance. We can savor our time together over drinks & revel in each other for several hours. No incall fees for dates of this length and longer. 

• To ensure our meal is unrushed and that our time together unspools naturally, without the irritation of looming time constraints. No incall fees. 

• I generally find overnights with new and old clients to be a lot of fun - there's less performance pressure and the buildup and banter really makes things memorable. Happy to Facetime or Skype prospective new overnight clients once prior to our date with deposit. 

• An overnight that lasts until the following evening. Late breakfast, afternoon delight, cocktails, and kisses before parting for sleep. 

• For this package I offer two overnights in a row for a steeply discounted rate to incentivize longer bookings, day trips, spa outings and other activities which require more time together than an overnight.

• This package is for suitors who would like to utilize my services as a companion, muse, activity guide and personal assistant (or a variety of other professional capacities excluding, like, surgery) over the long term - offering exclusive monthly arrangements.

• As each booking requires screening, preparation, travel and energy, I will accommodate same day bookings for an additional fee. 

For an additional +500 I am willing to entertain special requests involving cultural heritage sites in Greece as travel throughout this region is best performed with preparation. 

For an additional +400 you may film or take photos of our encounter. 

• Deposits of $150 are required via Cashapp or Venmo to $northbynw17 for incall dates when I procure the location. 

• Deposits are non refundable unless an error or cancellation occurs on my part. 

• Gifts do not constitute a contract for additional services. My fee is my fee and I would truly prefer you not give gifts than carry unspoken expectations. 

• Unless I have somehow prematurely ended our time together, I am happy to serve as a provider reference for respectful clients after our date. 

• Screening establishes an environment of safety and trust as well as a compact of respect and professionalism. It is not optional. Please cooperate with attempts to screen if contacting a provider. 

• Your experience level, looks, age (beyond 21+), disability status, gender or race do not matter to me and they should not matter to a provider worth seeing. I can accommodate a diverse range of experience levels and needs and am committed to non-discrimination. 

• My personal likes and dislikes vary wildly and I experience responsive desire to a great extent. Asking me to direct a session when I don't know you can result in a stalemate! I need input and feedback from you to determine what I want or don't on any given day and the experience is highly personalized. 

• Attempting to bargain with me on my established boundaries and rates is an efficient way to ensure we don't meet.
